Two new departments have been opened in the Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET). The two departments are Electric and Computer Engineering (ECE) and Chemical and Food Process Engineering (CFPE). On Sunday a university press release said this.ECE department has been included in the faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE).It is expected by the university authority that this department will be capable of making skilled man power in the field of Information Technology. The new department will start its journey through admission of students in the current 2015-16 session.
On the other hand, CFCE department has been included in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. – RU Correspondent
