Dhaka – Barishal BaptistMission High School will play Satkhira Fulbari DS Alim Madrasah in the final of the Pran Milk National School Football Championship on Thursday at Bangabandhu National Stadium here.BFF President Kazi Mohammad Salahuddin will witness the final beginning at 4pm as the chief guest and later he will distribute the prizes.
A pre-match press conference was held at the BFF House on Wednesday where BFF member and chairman of the school football committee Bijon Barua, BFF general secretary Abu Nayem Shohag, officials and captains of the two finalist teams spoke.
The champions will receive a prize money of Tk 1 lakh while runners-up team will get 50,000 as prize money.
Besides, best player of the tournament, best player of the final, highest scorer and best goalkeeper of the tournament will also be awarded.
Earlier in the semifinals, G Fulbari DS Ali Madrasah eliminated Natore Lalpur SS Pilot High School by 3-1 goals while Barishal BaptistMission High School managed a seat for the final eliminating Nilphamari Samiruddin School and College by 4-3 goals in the tie-breaker on Tuesday.UNB
