Tigers reach NZ from Sydney

Dhaka  – Bangladesh National Cricket team reached New Zealand from Sydney, Australia on Sunday.The Tigers landed at New Zealand International Airport at 10:15 am
(Bangladesh time). Bangladesh will have around a week for preparation, including a warm-up match against a local team, ahead of their full-fledged away series against New Zealand,UNB news agency reported.
Bangladesh will start their main campaign on December 26 with the first of three one-day internationals. The 2nd and 3rd ODIs are scheduled to be held on December 29 and 31. The tour involves three ODIs, three T20Is and two Tests.The Tigers’ had a weeklong camp in Sydney beginning on December 11 before leaving for New Zealand. During their camp in Sydney,Bangladesh played two Twenty20 practice matches against Big Bash franchise teams Sydney Sixers and Sydney Thunder.The Tigers beat Sydney Sixers by seven wickets in a rain-affected match at North Sydney Oval on Wednesday followed by a six-wicket defeat against Sydney Thunder at the Spotless Stadium on Friday.
