Dhaka – Defending champions Khulna Division scored 281* for 7 at stumps in the 1st innings against Rajshahi Division after the first day’s play in their Tier1 4th round first-class match of the 20th National Cricket League (NCL) at Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna on Monday.Khulna won the toss and opted to bat first and played 81 overs for their collection on the day spurred with three half centuries by Tushar Imran [71 off 127b; 9×4], Soumya Sarkar [66 off 96b; 9×4; 1×6] and Anamul Haque [56 off 112b; 6×4; 1×6].
Ziaur Rahman [37* off 73b; 3×4; 2×6] and Moinul Islam [1*] were at the crease when the bails were drawn for the day.
