Dhaka – A trader was stabbed to death by miscreants at Shibrampur in the district town in Pabna on Thursday. Mahmud Hasan, officer-in-charge of Pabna Sadar Police Station, said 4-5 miscreants swooped on Faruk Karim, 45, a trader of bakery items, near Muzahid Club School around 6:30 am and stabbed him indiscriminately, leaving him dead on the spot.On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Pabna General Hospital.The motive behind the murder could not yet be known.UNB news agency
