Two twine kids were drowned at at Mashli village pond under Kaliganj upazila of the district. They came to visit of their grandfather’s house at the village a few days back on Monday.
The deceased were identified as Nurani Hossain, and Nur Hossain son of Younus Ali of Bijoy Nagar village under Jessore sadar upazila. They are twine brothers.
Family members said, a few days back they came to visit their grandfather’s Late Latif Sheikh ‘s house.
On Monday morning at around 11-00 am they went to have a bath nearby the pond with their mother. Later, mother sent her two sons to home after the bath. As mother left the place they again came to the pond and drowned.
After half an hour the family members tried to find out them. Later, a family member recovered the bodies from the pond. Jhenidah Correspondent
