Dhaka – A court here on Thursday sentenced two people to life term imprisonment in a case over killing a farmer at Narikelbaria village at Sadar upazila in Jhenaidah in 2004.The convicts are Monser Ali and Rabiul Islam of Narikelbaria village. The court also fined them Tk 10000 each.According to the case statement, the convicts picked up farmer Milon, son of Abdul Gafur from his house in Narikelbaria village, over previous enmity on January 6 in 2004.
Later, police found Milon’s beheaded body from a field near his house.After examining all the records and witnesses , Jhenaidah Additional Sessions Judge Md Golam Azam pronounced the verdict .UNB
