One man and one woman committed suicide by taking poison in two separate incidents under Gournadi upazila of Barisal. Abul Kalam, Gournadi police station in charge, said Ishita Akhtar Rani, 20, wife of Kuwait expatriate Shahid Howladar of Barthi village took poison about 10:00 pm Sunday night and was taken to upazila health complex.She died on the way to Barisal Sher E Bangla Medical College Hospital early Monday and Shahalam Khandokar, father of the victim lodged a case of unnatural death with Gournadi PS.In another incident Dulal Biswas, 22, son of Kartik Bishwas of Dewapara committed suicide by taking poison Sunday night over family dispute.Kartik Bishwas lodged a case of unnatural death in this connection.Bodies were sent to SBMCH morgue for autopsy, the OC Gournadi said. -Our Correspondent
