Upazila level inter school debate competition ends

The two-month-long upazila level Inter school debate competition Bitarka Bikash 2013
concluded here in the district on Friday.
In cooperation with Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Brac the leading
non-government organisation under its Post Primary Basic and Continuing Education
Progamme (PACE) conducting the competition with a view to make the student studious,
good orator and help them flourish their merit.
Atotal of 32 Secondary schools from the six upazilas of the distric divided into four
cluster took part in the competition.
The subject of the competition was to use of information technology can ensure the
quality education
Among the total participant schools North Bakharnagar high school of Raipura
upazila,Takarkandi high school of Monohardi upazila,Khoria high school of shibpur
upazila, Danga high school of polash upazila obtain the competence for taking part in the
district level final competition.
The Upazila level final competition was held Friday at  Patchdona Sir KG Gupta High
school hall room with Mohammad Abu Taher ,BSS Narsingdi district correspondent as
moderator and Khan Azmir Abdullah, teacher of Ideal High school and college, Shibpur,
Kamal Hossain, teacher of Birajnagar high school, Shibpur and Shaiful Islam Ripan of
Chataband Sultan Mohammad high school, Shibpur as judges of the competition.
In the competition Danga high school won the competition defeating the Sakanderdee
