Hartal supporters unleash violence in the capital on Saturday evening ahead of Sunday’s hartal called by opposition BNP-led 18-party alliance.Witnesses said Jamaat and Chhatra Shibir exploded few cocktails in Mouchak and Motijheel areas and vandalized vehicles in Mouchak.
Earlier in the day, some miscreants set fire on the bus in front of Islamia Eye Hospital and fled the scene at once.
Opposition BNP-led 18-party alliance has called hartal for Sunday protesting ban on holding rally, public meeting and demanding immediate release of all opposition leaders, restoration of caretaker government system and ousting government.
