LGRD and Cooperatives Minister Khandker Mosharraf Hossain has urged all to wage a strong social movement against militancy. He came up with the call while addressing an Eid reunion at the conference hall of the Local Government Division. The minister said when the country is going forward with a marked progress in many socioeconomic indicators, a vested quarter is carrying out incidents of killing to push it backward and tarnish its image. “So, we should create a united social movement against militancy,” he added.
