When people were anxious about their day to day life and are thinking about their future, the Prime Minister called upon Khaleda Zia to come down to street and perform agitation – on a taunting note.Actually, incumbents are very much in full knowledge that many of their party members would not do well in the next parliamentary election against the candidates of the BNP in a fair election as some veteran leaders of all the AL candidates being with the grand alliance of 14 parties badly failed in five city corporation polls that held recently.
People do not forget Ershad for his autocratic rule during 1982-1990 and a huge loss of lives and limbs of people; and this time again also for his hoodwinking and declaration of attending the one-sided election the violence rages on and people are losing life and limbs.
We only pray to Allah for saving us.
