Police recovered the slaughtered body of an unidentified woman from Lebutala village in Sadar upazila of Jessore district on Friday evening.
Police said locals spotted the body of the woman aged around 35 from a garden of one Altaf Hossain of the village in the evening and informed police.
Later, the police recovered the body and sent it to hospital morgue for an autopsy.Police suspected that miscreants kidnapped the woman and later killed her.A case was filed in this connection. -UNB, Benapole (Jessore)
