Rajshahi, July 5 – A worker of Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Hall of Rajshahi University has been detained over harassing a female student of the hall on Thursday. The detainee was identified as Noor Hossein of Bellpukur area of the city.
Earlier, Noor Hossein a construction worker of the hall assaulted a female student of the hall. Later, the victim submitted to the Hall a provost a written complaint.
Officer in Charge (OC) of Motihar police Station Shahadat Hossain said, we detained him as a written allegation was given by University authority. – RU Correspondent
