A young mas was crushed under the wheeels of a passenger bus in the city’s Shewrapara on Friday morning.
The victim was known as Selim, 28, hailed from Tangail. He was a residewnt of Iqbal road of West Shwewrapara.Witnesses said Selim was waiting to get onboard a bus at Shewrapara bus stand in the morning. Suddenly a New market bound passenger bus of Safety paribahan from Mirpur-12 hit him and fled the scene at about 7:45 am. He died on the spot.
Being informed, a team of Kafrul thana police went to the spot ands recovered the body.
The body was sent to Dhaka Medical Hospital for post mortem. – News Desk
