Biren Bairagi (35), a motor cyclist was arrested along with Yaba by
the police from Bopalia bus stand under Chitalmari Upazila in the
district on July 19 at 12 am.
It is learnt from Md. Moniruzzaman, Officer-n-charge of Chitalmari PS
that acting on secret information ASI Sakhawat Hossain raided the bus
stand, arrested the motor cyclist and recovered 4 pieces of Yaba from
his possession.
In this connection a case was registered against the man with the
local police station under Narcotics Act. He is the son of one
Baisnab Das Bairagi of village Psmgashia under Chitalmari Upazila.
