A young man was electrocuted in Mendibag area of the city on Tuesday evening.The deceased was identified as Tarek, 25, resident of Rangpur district.
Police said Tarek came in contact with a snapped electric wire while working and died on the spot around 5.00pm.
Police later recovered the body and handed over it to the victim’s family.UNB, Sylhet
