Dhaka – A youth was found dead in a water body at Kadipur village in Damurhuda upazila on Thursday.The deceased Tariqul Islam, 24, was a brick kiln worker and son of Khalilur Rahman of Gangpara village in the upazila.Police said local people spotted the body of Tariqul in a water body and sent it to local hospital morgue.There was an enmity between Tariqul’s family and a local group over a trifling matter and the miscreants might have strangled Tariqul to death over the issue and dumped the body here, said Akram Hossain, officer-in-charge of Damurhuda Model Police Station.UNB
