Police arrested a young man along with three human skulls and bones from a bus at Sridamdatta Para in Goalanda upazila of Rajbari district on Thursday.The arrested was identified as Abir Fakir,27, son of Shamsul Fakir of Bagatgotti Para in Shaltha upazila of Faridpur district.
Police said acting on secret information, a team of police intercepted a Dhaka-bound bus named MR Exclusive from Faridpur at Sridamdatta Para and found Abir Fakir in possession of a travel bag containing three skulls and bones of several parts of human bodies.
Police then arrested him.
When interrogated, Abir, claiming himself innocent, said he was just carrying out someone’s order to take the bag to Nabinagar in Dhaka in exchange for Tk 1,300.UNB, Goalanda
