A group of forest robbers reportedly abducted 12 fishermen from Mora Pashur and Andaria area of Sundarbans early Friday.
Lieutenant Abdullah Al Mahmud, operation officer of Coast Guard West Zone, said that forest robber gang ‘Sharif Bahini’ abducted the fishermen early in the morning for ransom money while they were catching fish.A coast guard team is trying to rescue them, he added.
