Seventeen people, including alleged local terrorist Ibrahim Hossain
Ratan, have been sued on the charge of killing Kashipur unit Juba Dal
leader Selim Hossain.
Lucky Begum, wife of the victim, filed the case against the 17–seven
of them identified and 10 unidentified—with Laxmipur Sadar Police
Station on Monday evening.
Selim was injured critically as members of a local gang, Ratan Bahini,
allegedly swooped on him and sprayed bullet on him indiscriminately at
Kashipur village in Laxmipur Sadar upazila on Saturday night.
Later Selim succumbed to his injuries at Noakhali General Hospital early Sunday.
