Chandraganj Thana Police in a drive arrested two alleged drug peddler with yaba tablets and phensidyl from Chandraganj Bazaar under Sadar upazila last night. The arrested were Joy, son of Dulal Chandra of Dhannapur village of the upazila and Suken Karmokar, son of Badal Karmokar of Muradnagar area in Comilla district.On a tip-off, a team of police from the thana conducted the drive in the Bazaar area and arrested the duo with 150 pieces of yaba tablets and 13 bottles of phensidyl, said officer-in-charge Humayan Kabir.A case was filed in this connection. -BSS, Lakshmipur
