Two suspected members of an organised gang of CNG-run auto-rickshaw lifters were arrested along with two vehicles from the city’s Rayerbagh bus stand early Wednesday. The arrestees were identified as Md Altaf Hossain, 43, and Md Nurul Islam, 40. Tipped off, a CID team conducted a drive in the area around 4:40 am and arrested the duo along with the two CNG-driven auto-rickshaws. – UNB
