Dhaka – Police in a drive arrested two leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami from different places in Keshabpur upazila of Jessore district on Wednesday night on charge of subversion.Shahidul Islam Shahid, officer-in-charge of Keshabpur Police Station, said police in a drive arrested Panjia union Jamaat Rokon Rezaul Islam, 42, and Mirzanagar village Rokon Ayub Ali, 40, from their villages at night.The two Jamaat leaders were arrested on charge of carrying out subversive activities, said the OC.A case was filed in this connection.-UNB
