Dhaka- Two people were killed as a wall of an old building collapsed on them while demolishing it at Bholail in Sadar upazila on Thursday.The deceased were identified as Nazrul Islam, 50, and Matiur Rahman Mati, 48, son of late Kafil Uddin of Kashipur.Officer-in-charge of Fatullah Model Police Station Kamal Uddin said Safique Ahmed, owner of local Mohiuddin Dying factory, bought a piece of land along with an old building at Bholail.His men were demolishing the building in the afternoon when a wall collapsed on Nazrul, also Safique’s brother, and Mati.Locals rescued them and sent them to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where they died later.UNB news agency
