Two minor siblings drowned in a pond at Bablatala in Chachra upazila on Friday.
The deceased were identified as Russel, 6, and Babu, 7, both sons of Mintu Mia of the village.
Police said Russel and Babu drowned while taking bath in a pond at Bablatala in the afternoon.
After a frantic search, locals saw the bodies of the children floating in the pond at about 4:30 pm. -UNB, Jessore
