Dhaka – Custom officials on Saturday night held a man with 25 kilograms of gold from Shahjalal International Airport here.Assistant commissioner of Customs Intelligence Ehsanul Kabir said Jamil, the arrestee, came to Dhaka from Singapore around 10:30 pm.“After landing at the airport, he sat on a wheel-chair pretending that he is a disabled man,” he said.The custom officials searched Jamil for his suspicious activities at the custom hall and found a total of 200 pieces of gold bars which were concealed in his body, he said.The market price of the gold bars will be approximately 12 crore, he added.UNB news agency
