Dhaka – Police in a regular drive arrested 48 people including three Jamaat-Shibir men from eight upazilas in Satkhira Monday on
charges of sabotage,UNB News Agency Reported.
Inspector Mizanur Rahman of the Special Branch of Satkhira police said separate teams of police conducted the drive from Sunday night to Monday morning and arrested 14 from Sadar upazila, six from Koloroa, six from Kaliganj, four from Shymnagar upazila, five from Ashashuni, three from Debhata and five from Patkelghata upazila.The arrestees were accused in sabotage cases with different police stations, added the inspector.
