Three motorcyclists were killed and three others injured as a truck rammed two motorcycles on Jessore-Keshabpur road at Begaritola in Manirampur upazila on Wednesday.
One of the deceased was identified as Shaheen Gazi, 30, son of Shafiqur Rahman of Balidaha village in the same upazila.Witnesses said the accident took place when the speedy truck hit the two motorbikes carrying six people from behind, leaving two people dead on the spot and four others injured around 12:30 pm. Among the injured, Shaheen died at Jessore General Hospital while the other victims were admitted to the same hospital. On information, police recovered the bodies. -UNB, Jessore
