Police in separate drives from Sunday night to early Monday arrested 39 people including four BNP-Jamaat activists from eight upazilas of the district on sabotage charges.Kamal Hossain, sub-inspector of Satkhira district police, said the law enforcers conducted separate drives in eight upazilas and arrested 39 people including two activists of BNP and two of Jamaat.
The arrestees were wanted in several cases filed with different police stations, the SI added.- UNB, Satkhira
