Chittagong – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) in separate drives arrested four alleged arms traders along with a firearms from separate areas of the city on Saturday evening.Shaheda Akhter, assistant director (Media Wing) of Rab-7, said a they conducted a drive in Chowdhury Hat area of Hathazari upazila in the evening and arrested Safiul Bashar Rony and Sohel Rana with a rifle and 56 roundsof bullet.Meanwhile another team of the elite force conducted a drive in Akbar Shah Thana area of the city in the evening and arrested Manjur Alam and a person yet to be identified along with a foreign pistol and two rounds of bullets.Rab sources said that the arrestees had long been involved in arms trading.UNB/AP
