Dhaka – A minor boy drowned in a pond at Gulta Golapur village in Tarash upazila on Tuesday evening.The deceased was identified as Jobayer Hossain, 6, son of Asaduzzaman, a resident of the village,UNB News Agency Reported.Locals said Jobayer slipped into the pond while he was playing beside it in the evening.Later, his body was recovered by locals from the pond after a frantic search at night.
