Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) in a drive recovered 105 cubic-feet timber from Narayan Giri Khal under Kaptai upazila of the district early Monday morning.
On information, a BGB team led by Subadar Abdul Karim raided the Khal area and recovered 105 cubic-feet illegal segun and gamari timber, BGB sources said Sensing the presence of the BGB team the smugglers, however managed to escape. -BSS, Rangamati
