Seven joint secretaries and three deputy secretaries were given transfers and postings and one of them was made as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) on Wednesday in a latest reshuffle in the bureaucracy.The disclosure came from different orders issued by the Establishment Ministry in the afternoon.
Joint secretary of Establishment Ministry M Yusuf was made an OSD and joint secretary Aklima Zahir Rita was transferred as director of Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD).
Joint secretary of defence ministry Mohammad Mohiuddin was transferred as joint secretary of ministry of agriculture. OSD Joint secretary Selina Haque has been appointed as joint secretary of the defence ministry.
Joint secretary of ministry of agriculture GM Saleh Uddin was transferred as additional divisional commissioner of Dhaka and additional divisional commissioner of Rajshahi Ashok Kumar Biswas was transferred as additional divisional commissioner of Khulna.
Director of district based women’s computer training (Second Phase) project Nasrin Akhter was transferred to women and children affairs ministry.
Besides, the deputy secretary of defence ministry Monirul Alam was transferred as Deputy-registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Farms.
Deputy Secretary of Ministry of Liberation war affairs M Enamul Kader Khan was transferred as Deputy-registrar of Patent Design and Trademarks Department.
Apart from this, Deputy Director of Secondary Education Stipend Project (SESP) Bholanath Paul has been appointed General Manager of Finance and Banking of Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Project (DMRTA).
