Apparently referring to BNP, Land Minister Shamsur Rahman Sherif on Friday said those who committed anti-state crimes must be punished.“Those who had resorted to a bloodletting game with people will surely be tried on the soil of Bangladesh,” he said.
The minister was addressing a function marking the distribution of sewing machines among trained women as well as cash money and winter clothes among the poor at Khairas village in Chatmohar upazila of Pabna district.
The programme was arranged by non-governmental organisation Society for Social and Technological Support (SSTS).
Sherif also urged all to work for building Bangladesh as a corruption-free country.
