BNP leader stabbed in C’nawabganj

A local BNP leader was stabbed by some miscreants at Mushribhuja in
Bholahat upazila of the district on Saturday night.
The victim was identified as Mozammel Haque Chutu, 58, Bholahat
upazila unit general secretary of BNP.
Officer-in-charge of Bholahat Police Station SM Abu Farhad said some unidentified
miscreants attacked Mozammel and stabbed him with sharp weapons
indiscriminately when he was sitting in a tea stall of the area at about 8.00pm,
leaving him injured.
He was admitted to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital in critical condition.
Local BNP blamed Chhatra League men for the attack.
