THAKURGAON: Indian Border Security Force (BSF) held a Bangladeshi cattle trader from Mondumala Border area under Baliadangi upazila of the district early Tuesday.The victim is Abu Hasan, 27, son of Shahed Ali of Laxmidangi village of the upazila.
Local sources said Indian Belgachhi Camp BSF personnel held a cattle trader from near main pillar no-383 inside the Indian Border around 12:30am.
BGB-30 Battalion commanding officer L. Colonel Abu Bakar confirmed to banglanews.
Indian Belgachhi Camp BSF personnel and BGB Mondumala camp held a flag meeting in this regard around 10:00am.
During the meeting, BSF admitted detonation of Bangladeshi national.
BGB is trying to get back the Bangladeshi man, said the BGB official.
