Dhaka – A freedom fighter, who converted to Christianity from Islam 15 years ago, was hacked to death by unidentified miscreants at Haspatalpara in Kurigram town on Tuesday morning, UNB news afwncy reported Tuesday morning.
Superintendent of police Tobarak Ullah said a gang of miscreants came on a motorbike and in a sudden swoop started hacking Hossain Ali,65, while he was having his morning walk near his house at about 7:00am,
leaving him dead on the spot.
Police recovered the body and sent it to Kurigram Sadar Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
