Dhaka – Members of Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit of DMP arrested Irad Ahmed Siddique, son of former BNP standing committee member Chowdhury Tanveer Ahmed Siddique, from Airport area in the city in connection with a case filed under the ICT Act early Thursday.Tipped off, a team of CTTC unit conducted a drive in the area and arrested Irad Ahmed early in the morning, said Masudur Rahman, deputy commissioner of DMP (media).Irad Ahmed was wanted in separate cases filed under the ICT Act on charge of posting derogatory remarks about Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on his facebook page, he said.UNB agency
