Ganga Bill ready for introduction in in Indian Parliament

Ganga Bill is ready for introduction in the winter session of Parliament commencing on December 11, 2018, and concluding on 8 January 2019. It is being said that 20 % of late Prof. G. D. Agarwal has been rejected. But neither the proposed Bill nor the details of the rejected part is in public domain.
Bill has not been put out for public comments.
It is a universal truth that Ganga is an international river. Each nation of the Ganga River Basin can choose to declare it as a national river provided they can save it from extinction. Whatever living species has been declared as national, it was been found that they become prone to extinction. – Gopal Krishna in Waterwatch Yahoo Group
