Police arrested a local leader of Jamaat-e-Islami from Barura upazila
headquarters on Tuesday in two cases.
The arrested person was identified as Dewan Nazrul Islam, 40, Ameer of
Barura upazila unit of Jamaat.

said police arrested Nazrul around10:30 am in two cases filed for
vandalising vehicles and creating anarchy here during recent
