Dhaka – Direct train service from Jessore to Benapole, has been introduced on Tuesday to provide a shortcut journey to the travelers to and from Bangladesh and India by land route.
The railway authorities decided to introduce the service following long demand of the people travelling through this route, said railway sources.The Master of Benapole Railway Station Saiduzzaman said the new train named “D-95/96 up-down” will leave the station for Jessore at 10:15am and reach its destination around 11:15am.
Later, the train will depart from Jessore at 12pm and reach Benapole around 1pm, the station master added.
