Kaabil might me remade in Hollywood

According to a report published in a leading daily, Hrithik Roshan has been approached by Fox for a possible remake of his hit actioner Kaabil, where he played a blind man who uses his wits to take revenge on those who raped and killed his wife. Sanjay Gupta, the film’s director was thus quoted in the article:

“It’s true that Fox, through Tomas Jegeus [president, Fox International Productions], has approached Hrithik. Even though the developments are too premature to talk about at this moment, it is an honour for the team.” Rakesh Roshan, Hrithik’s father and Kaabil’s director had this to add. “The screenplay was hard-hitting, and the drama, gripping. It would make for a wonderful Hollywood adaptation, given that it has all the necessary emotions.

It struck gold at the box-office because it was about a visually-impaired lover seeking revenge.” We’d sure love to see Hrithik reprising his role in the Hollywood remake it if happens, reports Indian Express.
