Dhaka – BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia has called a press conference for Wednesday afternoon to give party’s formal reaction over Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s India visit.The press conference will be held at 4:30pm today at BNP chairperson’s Gulshan office, says a press release.
The released signed by chairperson’s press secretary Maruf Kamal Khan Sohel was issued midnight last night few hours after the Prime Minister’s press conference on the outcome of her four-day state visit to New Delhi.
Earlier, the BNP chairperson had a meeting with senior party leaders inclusing secretary ggeneral Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir at her Gulshan office and different aspects of the premier’s visit, agreements and deals between Bangladesh and India. – Staff Reporter
