Labor killed in wall collapse

A labour was killed and four others were injured as a boundary wall collapsed in Bangshal area of the city on Saturday afternoon.
The death was known as Rafique, 36, while two seriously injured labors were known as Sohel, 18, and Alamgir, 35.

Kuddus Fakir, officer-in-charge of Bangshal Police Station, said the dilapidated wall broke down on 31 Abul Hasnat road around 3:30pm while some hired labourers of Dhaka South City Corporation digging soil of an abandoned land of DSCC, leaving one dead on the spot and four others injured.

The injured were admitted to Mitford Hospital.
