Dhaka – Customs official arrested a man along with six gold bars at Bhomra land port here on Saturday morning.The arrestee was identified as Faruk Hossain, son of Majibur Rahman of Kandirpar village in Shibchar upazila of Madaripur district.Bikash Barua, assistant revenue officer of Satkhira Customs, said custom officials challenged Faruk when he came to the land port for going to India.Later, they recovered the gold bars weighing 600 grams from his shoes.UNB news agency
