Dhaka – A minor girl drowned in a pond at Mitrimahal village in Goainghat upazila in Sylhet on Wednesday,UNB News Agency Reported.Locals said Mahia Begum, 2, daughter of Abdul Hamid of the village slipped into a pond and drowned while playing near its bank in the afternoon.Later, her body was found floating in the pond.
