Police in a drive rescued a 13-year-old girl from Daulatdia brothel in Goalundo upazila early Friday.Sources at Goalundo Police Station said a team of police conducted a raid on the brothel around 3:00am and rescued the minor girl following a case filed by her mother. They arrested a sex worker on charge of selling the girl to the brothel through deception. Goalanda PS officer-in-charge Abul Basar said the girl’s mother filed a case against the arrestee, in which she was sent to a local court. -UNB, Goalanda (Rajbari)
