No dialogue with Bnp, says Nasim

Spokesman of the Awami League-led 14-party alliance and Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim said on Tuesday that there would not be any dialogue with BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.
“No dialogue with those killers, razakars and attackers of petrol bombs. The national polls will be held in the country in the year 2019 under Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, not before that. There won’t be any benefit hatching conspiracies as people are with the Awami League-led government,” he said.
Mohammad Nasim, also a member of the Awami League presidium, said this while speaking as the chief guest at a largely attended public rally at Gabtali Pilot High School ground in Bogra. The 14-party alliance organised the public rally protesting BNP-Jamaat combine’s countrywide terrorism, anarchy, torching public and private properties and killing people by hurling petrol bombs in the name of movement. The senior Awami League leader said people of the country have rejected the siege-hartal programmes of the BNP-Jamaat combine.
“There won’t be any benefit in giving threats to the government and the ruling Awami League as our party is a recognised political party of struggle,” he said calling upon all to participate in the digital development process initiated under the capable and farsighted leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
Gabtali Upazila Awami League president AH Azam Khan presided over the rally, also addressed, among others, by Samyabadi Dal general secretary Dilip Barua, Workers Party general secretary Fazle Hossain Badsha, MP, Communist Kendro convener Dr Wazedul Islam Khan, Ganatantri Party general secretary Dr Shahdat Hossain among others.
