Dhaka – A man died and three others were injured as a helicopter of Meghna Aviation crashed near Rizu Khal in Ukhiya upazila of Cox’s Bazar on Friday, UNB news agency reported.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.Ferdous Ali, additional superintendent of police, Cox’s Bazar, said the helicopter carrying four people, including the pilot, crashed into Cox’s Bazar-Teknaf Marine Drive road near Rizu Khal around 10:15 am, leaving all the four injured.
The injured were rushed to Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital where doctors declared one of them dead.
The reason behind the incident could not yet be ascertained.
